Now remember, the properties have to fit the investors criteria which they tell you and show you step by step what to look for. They don't want you wasting your time looking for properties that the investors have no intention of buying. That wouldn't be beneficial to anyone. However, when you submit a property that grabs their attention, they are all over it. The pay to you can be very lucrative.
